THE SCC Music
education program
All students are automatically enrolled into the music education program once they become an active and enrolled SCC member. Our music educational program is the foundation from which all body movement courses are built. This program will provide in depth knowledge into understanding sound, rhythm, its origin and its role in modern day compositions.
We use cultural, societal and biblical influences to understand how music has been impacted and how dance has changed with music over time. This program does not teach students how to read, write, or compose music, but rather focuses on music development, its origins, and its impact on us as a generation with relation to dance.-
